We are looking for Facility staff for buildings
in Otemachi, Shinjuku and Roppongi.

Salary 280,000-350,000 yen / month or more
Could be higher depending on knowledge and experiences

<Job description>
Facility staff
Inspection, repair work,
and schedule adjustment for repair work
for electricity, air conditioning, fire fighting and hygiene
Meeting with clients
Building management work

<Working hours>
8:30 - 17:30

Holidays: 2 days/week
Transportation expenses paid (up to 20,000 yen / month)
Company-rent house can be provided, if qualified

English and Japanese speaking, reading, and writing skills required
Proper Visa is needed for the job

People with no experience in this field are also welcomed
Salary 250,000-280,000yen/month or more
We will carefully instruct using manual through OJT.

For the face to face interview, resume(education background, business experiences and visa status, etc.) in Japanese is required
