Link Japan Careers is looking for recruiting consultants to join our team and work with us to place talented people into rewarding positions across the Japanese educational sector.
As a recruiting consultant, your tasks will focus on sourcing applicants using our databases and social media, assisting new candidates in completing their applications, screening them for suitability against our open positions and putting together final profile packets for introductions to hiring managers in our client companies. Our recruiting consultants also work closely with clients to understand and interpret changes in the labor market, strategize how to best promote their positions, and plan for future hiring needs. Working with LJC provides the opportunity to break into the exciting and dynamic job placement industry while also building skills in communication, brand development, time, project and social media management.

About Link Japan Careers:
Founded in 2016, Link Japan Careers is a job placement and consulting firm based in Tokyo, Japan. Part of the Link and Motivation Group, consisting of 14 group companies with offices and services all across the country, we specialize in the education industry, specifically in placing assistant language teachers (ALTs) with Link Interac. Working with two subsidiaries in North America and Europe and partner companies in the Philippines and Thailand, LJC manages an annual application volume in excess of 15,000 global applications with roughly 1,000 candidates placed into teaching positions each year.
Job Requirements:
Required
・1-3 years working in a Japanese environment (school, company, etc.)
・Familiar with common business systems (Windows, Google Workplace, Office)
・Have a driven, results-oriented personality with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to details
・Confident and persuasive communication style, with native-level English and intermediate-level Japanese
・Flexibility to attend occasional weekend trainings and quarterly all-company meetings
Desirable:
・Experience in HR or recruiting
・Familiarity with the education industry in Japan
English Level: Native
Japanese Level: Intermediate
Salary: 3.5 ~ 3.6 million yen (annual), depending on experience
Other Benefits: Social Health and Employment Insurance, Bonuses 4 times a year (based on quarterly group performance), paid commuting expenses. Visa sponsorship available.
Holidays and Leave: Most weekends and public holidays. 10 days paid leave (renewed and carried over annually in April). 3 days special summer leave, New Years winter holidays, family care and child care leave schemes.
Job Contract Period: 1 year contract, renewable
Nearest Station: Higashi Ginza Station (Toei Asakusa Line, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line)
