Equiom Japan K.K., a leader in outsourced accounting, payroll and financial services in Japan, is
looking for an Administrator for its Tokyo office. This position would be perfect for a highly
motivated and enthusiastic candidate who is looking to start a career in finance and would like
to work in a dynamic organization with significant opportunity to contribute to a rapidly
expanding business.
Key responsibilities
• Daily admin tasks (filing, scanning, answering phones, general office management)
• Assisting the Accounting and Payroll teams as needed.
• Assist with banking and payments
• Operations support for management team
Job requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Business Japanese and business English
• Previous admin experience welcomed
