At Super Global Preschool, we lead and educate small classes of children aged 2-6 where teachers and assistants work with students on a very personal basis and grow together.

YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN NURTURE CHILDREN because you...
- Understand child cognitive development.
- Can make sense of student’s progress records.
- Can communicate clearly in English (mindful of pronunciation and enunciation).

YOU WANT TO CONTRIBUTE VALUE WITH YOUR WORK by...
- Developing and implementing lesson plans and classroom activities based on your creative inputs and classroom management experience.
- Engaging parents to be involved in their child’s development.
- Keeping records professional and accurate to enable parents and colleagues refer to it freely as needed
- Supporting the school’s operations as needed (school bus support, classroom housekeeping and inventory)
COMPETITIVE PAY: ¥250,000 ~ ¥290,000 monthly salary. Depending on experience and qualifications, you could expect the higher rate of the scale.

AMPLE TIME OFF: Saturdays, Sundays, +Japanese National Holidays + personal leave days are generously available. No need for tug-of-war if you want to visit your home country or want to explore other parts of Japan with visiting family!

EXTRA PERKS: Transportation fees and half of your health insurance, pension, and unemployment insurance are paid by the company.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Opportunity to join teaching training with other part-time and full-time staff. Through this build new connections, improve your craft and receive a training certificate to add to your teaching portfolio.

WORK LIFE BALANCE: While your contract would be for 8 hours of work in a day, your day would look like this: 9-2 Lead kids in preschool, 2-6 prep for events or for tomorrow's classes. There would always be a 1-hour break guaranteed and you could leave earlier on some days (3pm on a Friday, for example).
