Customer service representatives are needed to work at the growing startup, Forty-Forty, to support a niche market targeting tourists and foreign nationals in central Tokyo.
Required Skills
- Customer Service Orientated Mindset
- Basic Computer Skills ( Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Windows 10 O/S )
- Typing Speed of 55 ~ 80 WPM
- Bilingual in English & Japanese ( All Work Done via PC, Low-Level Kanji Comprehension OK )
Job Details
You will be working out of our office in Shibuya handling customer inquiries electronically and over the phone at your work station. Customers are strictly English speaking individuals but you will handle the Japanese back end staff who will assist in providing the services requested.
Attention to detail and being able to work under a high-pressure environment is a must. You will be required to multi-task and prioritize work on the fly as you see fit thus being able to think independently is a quality you must have.
Business Hours: 11:00 - 05:00 (7 hrs/day), Monday to Sunday (Rotating Shifts - Minimum 5 days a week)
Eligibility:
Japanese Citizen or Resident with FULL WORKING RIGHTS ( Spouse / Child of Japanese / Permanent Resident or Long Term Resident )
Pay:
Trial period is three months at the rate of 1,300YEN per hour. (1.25x After 22:00 ~ 05:00)
After a successful trial period, you will be paid at 1,500YEN per hour (1.25x After 22:00 ~ 05:00) / or go to a full-time position on a permanent contract.
Bonuses and incentives are 50,000YEN for going over target KPI's per month and bonuses every 6 months for achieving biannual targets.
