Kamalei International School is located in Sendagi, Bunkyo Ward.
We focus on allowing children (2 years old ~ elementary school age) to experience a varied curriculum in an English-speaking environment.
The school’s main themes are art and food education. For art, we greatly value music and drawing/painting. For food education, we proudly present handmade school lunches from our experienced Kyoto cuisine chef. Currently, we have students from age 2 to 5 attending regularly. Most of the children’s native language is Japanese.

We are seeking someone who…
Can prepare materials and lesson plans for each class (Required)
Can be responsible and take charge of a class (Required)
Has had previous experience with above items 1 and 2 (Required)
Is a Native English speaker(Required)
Can change diapers
Is raising children of their own
Has a sense of cleanliness
Is currently living in Japan, and is available to work full-time (Required)
University graduation or equivalent qualifications (Required)

・Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 19:00.
※There are special classes also on Saturdays.

・7 minutes walk from Chiyoda Line Sendagi Station
・5-minute walk from the Nanboku line Honcomagome Station

・There are winter and summer holidays.
・Social insurance is complete.
・Lunch is available.
・Travel expenses are covered up to 600 yen per day.

Face-to-face interview will be held at school. (We cannot accommodate internet/online interviews.)
Trial period is 3 months.
