Berlitz is accepting applications for a full-time GBC English Language Assessor for the head office. The position will begin in summer, 2018.
Our assessment is called the GBC Assessment, which is used by companies to support the development of their employees by tracking and measuring their communication abilities. This can highly impact an individual's career as the scores can be factored into hiring or status decisions within the company.
GBC English Assessors do not deliver training but rather score the strengths and weaknesses of individuals in regard to language proficiency and interpersonal communications skills.
The basic tasks are:
● evaluate and rate proficiency interviews
● produce benchmark and progress reports for our corporate clients
● conduct GBC interviews on an ad hoc basis
● work with the Berlitz Sales Department to ensure smooth delivery of assessments
● oversee the quality control of our interviewers
● conduct GBC interview training sessions as required
