About us:
Tranzas Inc. develops and markets Set Top Boxes and other embedded devices and provides media contents delivery solutions.

Job Overview:
You will be part of our development team based in Yokohama, Japan and you will be tasked with developing various software applications for our products. Most of our products are in the form of single board computers running Android so a good understanding of the Android operating system is expected. Occasionally, the team works on server applications so knowledge/experience with web applications is a plus.
We communicate in English but Japanese ability will be considered as an advantage.

Your Role:
- Design and implement software applications for embedded devices
- Maintain source code, test and debug
- Provide technical support for product promotion teams

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience with Android development
- Strong knowledge of C/C++
- Strong knowledge of Python

Would be a big plus:
- Experience with embedded Linux/Android
- Writing/fixing linux drivers
- Experience with media streaming
- Django
- Docker


Working Condition:
- Flextime system
Core time from 11 am to 4 pm
Working hour 8 hours / day
