Join Our Team as a Full-Time English Teacher at a Prestigious Nursery/Preschool in East Tokyo!

Are you passionate about working with young children and fostering their love for learning? WING Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time English Teacher to join our team at a well-regarded nursery/preschool in Edogawa Ward, East Tokyo.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to make a positive impact on the lives of children, guiding them through their early years with engaging and dynamic lessons.

Location: A few minutes' walk from Kasai Station on the Tozai Line.
You will also be asked to teach at other nearby branch schools.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday, Sunday, National holidays: Off (seasonal vacation depending on the school calendar)

Start Date: Immediate start after hiring

Contract:
Dispatch contract for 1 year. It will end first in March 2025.
Renewable next school year, depending on performance and school situation.

Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 250,000 yen
Perfect Attendance Bonus: 10,000 yen monthly bonus for no absences, tardiness or leaving early
Transportation: Fees reimbursed
Social Insurance: Including health insurance, pension, unemployment insurance, etc.

Duties:
•Teach children aged 2 to 5 years, occasionally including babies aged 0 years.
•Conduct 15-30 minute lessons based on monthly topics and materials provided by the company (activities include singing, dancing, reading storybooks, playing, etc.).
•Playtime with children at the the park, assist with lunch distribution, eat lunch with children, and help prepare for nap time.
•Attend some weekend events (e.g., Happyokai, Graduation)

Qualifications: (Our ideal candidate)
•Love for working with children or babies.
•Punctuality is essential.
•Native English speaker (Japanese skills are a plus).
•Energetic and enthusiastic.
•Experience in a similar educational setting in Japan (preschool/nursery/kindergarten).
•Ability to complete the full-term contract (until March 2025).
•Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
•Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented.
•Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
•Valid working VISA (VISA sponsorship available for qualified candidates already residing in Japan).
