Kick things off with a starting salary of ¥250,000 to ¥270,000, based on your experience. You’ll have the chance to earn raises tied to school performance and enjoy 10 paid leave days per year after 6 months, plus national holidays. Benefit from transferable skills and experience through our regular teaching workshops. We’ve got your commuting costs covered up to ¥20,000, and you’ll get Social Security and Health Insurance. ◆Kids Duo: Dive into Fun Responsibilities!

At Kids Duo, we’re all about boosting kids' confidence and excitement in English through interactive games and activities. Our motto? “Play in English, Learn in English!” We create a lively, safe, and comfy space where kids pick up real-life English while having a blast.

As a Kids Duo teacher, you’ll lead and support both big and small groups of kids aged 3 to 12 in a range of activities like Arts & Crafts, Music & Dance, Social Studies, and Outdoor fun. We provide a solid curriculum and lesson plans, but we encourage you to spice things up with your own creative games and lesson ideas. Your role is to make learning engaging and memorable!

Work hours are typically from 9:00 to 20:30, Monday through Friday, with the occasional special event on weekends. Get ready to bring your passion and creativity to the classroom!

If you're a native English speaker with a 2-year Associate’s Degree or a valid working visa, we want you! We’re seeking creative, independent thinkers who can innovate and adapt on the fly. Be part of a team where passion, enthusiasm, and a fun approach to teaching kids are key. You should have a strong sense of professionalism and be self-motivated. Experience with children is a plus, but what really matters is your energy and creativity.
