Full Time English Instructor at Japanese Daycares and After-schools（期限切れ）

Required qualifications:
Native English speakers who currently reside in Japan, with a valid visa.
Conversational level speaking Japanese at minimum, and experience teaching children will be welcomed.

Selection criteria:
Since it is a position teaching at Day-cares and after-school facilities, the job will require being around a lot of children. Therefore, love for children is a must!

A passionate and hardworking teacher who can feel comfortable working in a Japanese environment will be welcomed.

Must be able to travel on trains for about an hour.

It is highly preferred that applicants live in the Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba area.

We are also looking for someone with experience in managerial work or leadership type positions.

Job content:
Teaching an average of 2 schools per day, in a friendly working environment at day-cares.
The job will be highly physical and active, and there will be a lot of playing games and moving around with the children. Lessons will have a set theme, and activities related to the contents of the theme.
Also, we will have teachers spend time at our 'Bilingual' schools, which are daycares who emphasize on English. At Bilingual schools, teachers will be asked to join their daily routine while actively participating in English, as well as run seasonal events and such.

We provide training after hiring. Although we have a set structure for the lessons, we have a friendly and open environment where everyone brings their ideas and adds to it.

Work location:
Day-cares which are appointed by Japan Nursery Institute for General Research, INC., mainly run by Nihon Hoiku Service or affiliated companies. You will visit a variety of stations and day-cares in the Kanto region. We also gather occasionally at our office in Shinagawa, Tokyo, to hold meetings.


Hours:
Full time position, 9am to 6pm (*There may be some exceptions such as one hour eariler/later start.)


Salary:
235,000yen to 270,000 yen per month, based on experience.
