MIST currently invites applications for Elementary School (preferred) or Middle School / High School substitute teachers on an irregular / on-call basis during term-time only.
・General Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
・Bachelor’s degree in education (preferred)
・Teaching certificate (preferred)
・3 years or more of successful teaching experience at the elementary level (preferred)
・Teaching experience in a cross-cultural environment (preferred)
・Teaching experience in a Cambridge (preferred)
・Commitment and motivation toward continual professional development
・Knowledgeable of the different pedagogical approaches in teaching in
Professional Responsibilities:
・Planning and instructing lessons on specific elementary levels
・Enforcing classroom management and school policies
・Assessing and accommodating students' learning needs and style
・Promote the welfare of children and support the school in safeguarding children through relevant policies and procedures.
Working Hours:
・Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
