Urgent: Direct-hired English teacher in Tokyo（期限切れ）

Iware Co., Ltd (株式会社 アイウエア) is currently looking for experienced,
skilled, and certified English teachers who are able to work at one of the our
client schools from the beginning of December 2020 until the end of March 2021.

The teachers will be assigned in an International school in Tokyo, Tachikawa city!

International school requires topnotch English teacher with relative experience,
skills, certification, and a good personality. The teacher's ability will not solely be
judged by what is on the resume; other evaluated criteria are teaching methods,
student motivation techniques, creating an environment conducive to student
learning (teacher's personality, class layout, etc.), and so on.

Here are the details;

*It takes about 10 minutes from the station to the school on foot
[Type of school] International school
[Length of one class] 30 or 40 min /class
[Classes] 3 years' old students
[Teaching style] Team/solo

[Number of students per class] 5~20 students/class
[Number of classes] Up to 25 classes/ week
[Requested schedule by client] 5 days /week (Mon-Fri)
[Contract type] Direct-hired　
[Salary] 215,000JPY (before taxes) /per month+ transportation fee
*Social insurance and unemployment insurance is included in this monthly salary

*It would be paid in full amount even winter vacation
[Teaching subject] Guided Reading/Math/P.E/Science/Social studies/Art/Unit of inquiry/Language Arts

[Requirements]
1) Experience in teaching at international school or kindergarten
2) Applicants need to be already in Japan and are able to relocate to Tokyo or closed to Tokyo

[Preferable]
1) Teaching license in foreign countries
2) Teaching experience of more than 5 years in Japan
3) Flexibility and good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
4) High level Japanese proficiency
5) DELTA, CELTA or TESOL
