NOVA Holdings Co. Ltd. is looking for English Instructors to teach English at a private elementary school and nursery in Toshima Ward, Tokyo on a contract from April 2023 until March 2024. We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player who has a passion for teaching English and is professional in all aspects of
behavior,as well as flexible, cheerful, and energetic.

Training and support!
We provide training throughout the year. We believe in teamwork and supporting our instructors so they can have a great experience teaching at their schools.

≪Duties≫
・Be able to solo teach English lessons to young elementary or nursery classes of around 15 students.
・Assist with constructing lesson plans and building curriculum.
・Engage students in English conversation and create an environment that will encourage students to learn and use English.

≪Requirements≫
・Native speaker
・Bachelor's degree
・Teaching experience (ALT or similar experience preferred)
・Valid residence/visa status (Tourist and Student Visa not accepted)
・Professional attitude, team-player, flexible, cheerful, and energetic
・Punctual and time diligent
・Can follow a lesson plan determined by NOVA Holdings
・Must join meetings for curriculum development (at least once a month,)
・Ability to communicate with students, and company representatives in a professional manner
･ Currently living in Tokyo
**Although not a requirement, candidates with a TESOL/TEFL qualification are preferred.

≪Remuneration≫
・7,500 yen per working day (60 min)
・Curriculum meeting is included as part of lesson renumeration, but attendance is mandatory
・Transportation expenses paid in full.
・Shift is one lesson from 2:30 to 3:30 for elementary, nursery is 2:10 to 3:10

≪Contract type:≫
・Part-time (1-2 days a week)
・Working days will be on Thursdays and Fridays (nursery Thursday only)
・Days off correspond to the school calendar
・Contract term is until March 2024
