Assistant Manager

We are looking for….
Dancers who are passionate about teaching and educating children in Japan!
You will also be able to experience Japanese culture while you are staying in Japan and working with us.
Dancers must have at least 5+ years of working experience in the education industry and
preferably have at least 5+ years of training in cheer dance, Jazz, Hip-hop, or ballet.

Schedule
You will be working 40 hours a week (the Japanese standard). You will have weekly classes from Monday to
Friday. Usually, we have classes at kindergartens in the morning, and during the rest of the day, you will be either
working at the office or remotely. Whenever we have events on weekends, you will get a day off during the
following week to recover. You will also have video shooting or meetings during working hours. The location for
work will be centered around Tokyo, Yokohama, and Chiba.
Salary
￥260,000〜 / month
This will depend on your career background and based on the evaluations from the
teaching training sessions.
