Our company specializes in alpine resort property management in Niseko, Hokkaido. Our company manages condominiums, townhouses, and single dwellings. We are looking for an individual to join our property management team and take a leading role in managing our properties.
Key Tasks:
Including but not limited to the following:
Assist the Manager with overseeing property management and holiday rental operations, including supervising staff and seasonal staff.
Complete regular scheduled inspections of properties for damage and check that all property facilities (hot water, electricity, Internet, gas, heaters, etc.) are in good working order and report back to the Manager and keep accurate records of inspections.
Monitor repairs and maintenance work and complete repairs if required; when the Employee is unable to complete repairs needed, liaise with contractors to complete repairs.
Oversee that regular grass cutting and grounds keeping work is completed. The Employee may on occasion need to assist with grass cutting and grounds keeping work, however, the Employee`s role is largely as a supervisor to ensure the work is completed by the property management team or a 3rd party contractor.
On occasion;
Clean and water blast onsen(s) (hot tubs).
Collect and dispose of rubbish from managed properties.
Assist reservations staff in monitoring guests’ arrivals and departures and complete or oversee the daily check ins and check outs of managed properties.
Assist reservations staff in monitoring the cleaning schedule and check that properties are cleaned on time and to a high standard.
Monitor snow clearing and report either to the Manager.
