Preschool Teacher（期限切れ）

First Learning Hamamatsu is an early childhood education preschool that opened in March 2023 in Naka-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

First Learning® is based on the concept of creative curriculum and utilizes strong support and networks with childcare institutions in the United States to provide high-quality programs that raise children in a good environment. First Learning® is proud that all staff members are professionals trained in early childhood education programs in the United States. First Learning® respects others, recognizes and values ​​differences. FIRST LEARNING® fosters children's self-esteem. Children develop their abilities through appropriate toys and play. The playroom has interest areas such as drama play, blocks, toys, art & craft, sand and water, library, music and movement.

First Learning Hamamatsu has a part-time position for an energetic, motivated, friendly teacher who loves children from toddlers to 6th grade, is enthusiastic and passionate about teaching effective lessons to young children and learning about creative curriculum.

Position Details:
Working days: 5 days (full-time)
Working hours are negotiable and can be discussed.
School opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30am to 6:30pm.
Part time also available

Starting fee: From 220,000 yen (Native Teacher)

The ideal applicant must: - Currently live in Japan and have a valid visa (at least 1 year residence permit) (immediately)

- Willing to try new things and learn. A thinker!!

- Effectively teach lessons and provide engaging lessons for children

- Be an organized and effective teacher in a teamwork environment (good interpersonal/team skills and excellent communication skills)

- Be patient, active, friendly and flexible

- Able to expand on ideas for each class based on the curriculum (curriculum is already set)

- Be acutely aware of environmental hazards and risks to children.

- Participate in meetings, events and other activities as required
