SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant will need to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the Educational Leadership Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
- Directly assisting the Leadership Team
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Taking minutes of Leadership meetings
- Planning Events
- Coordinating travel
- Supplies order
- Creating Reports
- Managing office communication
- Letter editing/writing
- Secretarial duties
- Greeting visitors
- Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by the Head of School
NECESSARY SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Ability to clearly communicate (spoken and written) in English - native level
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner
- Tech savvy - G Suite
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Conscientious in carry out their duties
Preferred:
• Previous work in an academic environment
• Bilingual (Native English and Japanese)
