Global Step Academy is seeking an administrative assistant for its school business division. The candidate will play a crucial role in assisting our business managers with their daily tasks and ensuring efficient scheduling and communication. This position requires strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle various administrative functions professionally.
[Key Responsibilities]
・Assist the business managers with their tasks, including scheduling and arranging meetings, managing correspondence, and communicating with customers.
・Attend meetings and training sessions at various locations.
・Support the administration of schools in the Global Step Academy group by working at each location when needed.
・Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as required.
・Lead or support school tours, orientations, and enrolment of new students.
・Support PR and marketing efforts through various tasks, including preparing materials, coordinating events, and managing social media updates.
[Qualifications]
・Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
・Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Japanese.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or higher education.
・Willingness to commute to different locations in the Kanto area.
