【What we do】
LISUTO provide "AI Tagger", an epochal service that uses AI to automatically register tagging, which is essential for SEO measures on e-commerce sites.
You will act as a bridge between the Israeli development team and the Japanese support team, handling customer inquiries and resolving system issues.
The main task is to be in charge of Quality Assurance/QA, but sometimes you need to communicate with Japanese customers to explain the detail of our system.

【About the position】
We are looking for a Full Time Japanese/English Customer support/ In charge of QA

【Responsibilities】
 QA on our own system
 Communicate with local suppliers in Japanese / English
 Sales of new plans to existing customers (Cross-selling/Up-selling)
 Data entry/management
 Attend an online meeting with the Israeli development team
 Other operations related to sales and clerical work

【Requirements】
 Master degree level education
 Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1) & English
 IT literacy is necessary
 Excellent control in Office app/Google Spreadsheet
 Strong oral and written communication skills in both J/E
 Excellent Problem-solving skills
 Organized and methodical
 Excellent communication skills
 Good at Multi-tasking

 Highly self-motivated person
 Experience in startup/venture environments

【Salary】
￥250,000～/Month（with public holidays off）
※According to your experience and skills
※3 months trial period

【Overview】
10:00-19:00（8 Hours)　
Monday to Friday (Off on Saturdays & Sundays)
※Currently working remotely
Japanese National holidays
Year end and New year holidays
