Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Manager eager to conquer the German and European markets with us. If you have a passion for sales, marketing, or ERP systems and enjoy working with customers from the D-A-CH region, we want to hear from you!

You should bring experience in your respective field and be capable of supporting our services, particularly with shop systems like Shopware, Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, as well as Google, SEA, and SEO.
Our company emphasizes AI technology, with all employees actively using AI tools to enhance their work. This role involves leveraging AI to optimize our e-commerce strategies and improve client services.

As we are still a start-up, you will have the opportunity to assist in building our company from the ground up. We highly encourage self-development and don't believe in old-fashioned company hierarchies. You should be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to understand complex matters easily. Based on your experience, your tasks will be:

- Project management
- Client communication and management
- Building E-Commerce websites and creating e-commerce strategies
- Utilize AI to simplify and optimize business processes within the company, as well as assist clients in improving their operations through our AI tools and solutions.

Depending on your experience, we would then train you in the following areas:
------------------

E-Commerce Sales Manager:

- Create sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Set sales goals and monitor team performance
- Monitor Sales Activities

E-Commerce ERP System Manager:
--------
- Project management
- Manage ERP Systems like Pickware or Plentymarkets and support based on the persons interests
- Stock Imports
- Data Exports & Imports
- Pushing products into marketplaces like amazon, ebay, otto, kaufland, allergro, etc.
- Data management

E-Commerce Marketing Manager:
--------
- Project management
- Developing Marketing Strategies
- Campaign Management
- Market Analysis and Audience Research
- SEO, SEA Google Advertising & Amazon Advertising
- Newsletter marketing & automation
- E-commerce marketing strategy planning

Skills (Good to Have):
------------------
- Interest in AI and experience with AI tools
- Familiarity with Shopware 6 (or Shopware 5), Shopify
- Experience with Photoshop, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Experience with plentymarkets or other ERP systems
- Marketing and online advertising experience
- Familiarity with SEO and SEA tools (AHREF, SEMRUSH, SISTRIX, Keywordfinder, ScreamingFrog)

Language Skills:

- German speaking abilities are mandatory (business level or higher)
- English: fluent
- Japanese: not necessary

Salary:
------------------
- ¥3.0~¥7.0M annually (negotiable, based on experience)

Working Hours and Location:
------------------
- Location: Machida (close to the rapid Machida station)
- 40 hours/week
- Core time: 12:00-18:30, flexible time management after a 3-month trainee period
- Remote work available after the trainee period (minimum 50% office presence required)
