English After School Teacher(Full time)（期限切れ）

SEA (STEAM English Academy) is currently looking for enthusiastic, creative, and experienced teachers to work full time in our digitalized and creative programs
at SEA Jiyugaoka school in Tokyo starting as soon as possible.

SEA is to offer and expand opportunities to foster creativity in English which consisting of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.
This program nurtures design and creative thinking, uses project-based learning, and utilizes teaching materials centered on the arts. In addition to classroom learning, foundation skills and application skills are also learned through online AR, VR and AI technology.

- Study all four language skills in English lessons.
- Learn about the creativity and problem solving in English through various subjects with digital device.
- Enlarge comprehension through presentations, craft work, etc.

Teachers play an active part in all of the above, and if there is something that you are passionate about, we encourage you to tell the students about it. The students’ language ability ranges from complete beginner to those who have lived overseas.

In a typical day, teachers:
- Prepare English lessons based on the company curriculum.
- Check homework, quiz, and test
- Teach a 45 minutes English lesson with a few classes per day
- Report on the students’ progress.
- Create and organize event in seasons.
Work days are five days arranged 11:00 - 20:00 on weekdays and 10:30-19:00 on Saturday, depending on the class assignment. Working days are determined basically depending on school.
Joining teacher’s training for 5 days is required to be qualified to teach.

SEA can offer the following package:
- Monthly salary of 270,000 yen and 20,000 yen for housing allowance.
※Taking training course is mandatory to be qualified to teach.
- Full transportation reimbursement.
- Possible salary raise based off employee’s performance for next year.
- Paid holidays annually are given after working for six months.
