- 英語: 母国語レベル（歓迎）
- Undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualification in education (K/ES/Secondary), as well as relevant teaching experience.
- Other required qualification: TESOL for Children, TECSOL, TEYC(Teaching English to Young Children), CELTA.
- Deep knowledge and experience of ESL teaching as well as online education. Basic understanding of instructional design.
- Leadership experience as well as teaching experience and the technical skills associated with the program.
- Demonstrated competency in dealing with conflict in a calm, positive and solution focused manner. Demonstrated competency to innovate and solve problems in collaboration with others.

We are currently looking for competitive talents for our newly established online international school project--Musashi International School Online (MISO)!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online intensive English program for English beginners following Cambridge English and Cambridge International curriculum resources
- Prepare lesson plans, select homework and test resources
- Matching curriculum content with related online video/reading resources (Kids A-Z, Brainpop, YouTube, Khan, etc)
- Work as the ESL lead teacher (online / face-to-face) to make sure that all teachers have a good understanding of the curriculum and can deliver quality instructions
Qualification
- Undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualification in education (K/ES/Secondary), as well as relevant teaching experience
