Working with young children can be a very rewarding experience. A day of unending wonder and delight are the natural responses of the young child which you can be a part of.

It is important that our teachers provide the children with an inspiring, positive and nurturing environment in which they feel comfortable while allowing them to develop their talents freely.

Our teachers aim to guide the play of children in a way that they can learn about their world in new ways and help prepare them for living in a global age. Every day is filled with fun and laughter.

We need nurturing teachers who can promote the cultivation of lifelong enthusiasm towards learning to our international students. Teachers should use their skills to help build cross-cultural communication skills from a young age by providing contact with native speakers in a familiar environment, as well as being an important resource for parents to help them understand their child's growth and development.

Our center is a proactive and culturally stimulating environment where staff will not only teach, but learn as well. Daily duties include the general care of young children, including feeding, toileting and helping them to nap, while also planning and undertaking fun and stimulating activities.

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00~18:00 or 8:00~17:00 (with some paid overtime). No work on weekends or public holidays.

Salary: ￥230,000/month then ￥250,000/month after successful three month probation period. Travel allowance and national health insurance included.

Required qualifications: Undergraduate degree or a recognized qualification in early childhood education nursing or related fields.

Experience in an early childcare facility is preferred.
