Global Village International Preschool is looking for educators for 2020.
Our goal is to provide an early years foundation for a lifetime of learning. We don’t just teach English – we provide an early childhood education in English. Our passion is to nurture confidence, a joy of exploration, and a willingness to 'have a go'.
We recognise that effective learning and development occurs when both adults and children can bring their own ideas into a class, and when lesson plans reflect the unique needs and interests of the children. We believe this is only possible thanks to positive relationships within our school community (between children, staff and parents).
Our first school was founded in northern Osaka, in 2001, and we have three well-established schools in the area. We offer an international early childhood education to children (aged between 2 and 6 years of age) and continue to support our graduates with after school programmes. We are an officially recognised Cambridge English Test preparation centre, specialising in young learners.
We are looking for people who want to grow as a part our school community and as educators. As such, we provide ongoing training and support, a competitive salary, and the potential for advancement, along with other benefits.
Positions are available starting from March/April 2020*.
*Eligible candidates seeking immediate work may be offered a full-time substitute position, for the remainder of the current school year, or until a classroom teacher position becomes available.
