Description
We are a recruiting company established in 2012 with offices in Tokyo and Bangkok. This is an entry-level job in the recruiting industry. We find jobs for high-competance professionals in Foreign-capital companies in Japan; mostly Tokyo.
This is a complex job requiring intelligence, diligencence, discipline and a strong desire to start a career that will allow you to live well. This is not a get-rich-quick nor easy job. This is a long-term commitment to learning a profession that allows one to support a family in a dignified way. This can be a lucrative profession with top performers earning over ¥20,000,000 annually (it takes three or more years to learn the skills to achieve this).
The job can be frustrating to learn, but a joy to do once one gains the skills, knowledge and experience to help our clients and candidates grow. There are elements of leadership required to do the job well. It is a multi-faceted career. This is not a job for the shy.
Training and OTJ provided. Ensuring that our apprentices are well trained, supported and looked after is one important aspect of our team culture. Our culture is our treasure.
The only job I have ever done is recruiting in Tokyo; started in the 80's. Having owned and managed recruiting companies in Tokyo for over 25 years, our company has a culture of nurturing and growth.
