Job description:

Your responsibilities would include the process from drawings creation to inspection of the construction.
You will be also working with Sales division to make plans and proposals of Land Utilization.

The goal is to satisfy both land owner and resident.

Main duties:

Checking Land characteristics and rent market rate;
Creating plans;
Planning building rental according to owner's request;
Making Implementation drawing, External design drawing and Blueprints;
Construction details confirmation;
Discuss Exterior design with the customers;
Construction inspection;
Making instructions and description for the customers;

Required skills:

・BA in Construction Specialized University / Faculty / Vocational school
・skills/experience in using CAD
・Conversational Japanese

Working hours: 09:00-18:00
Holidays: Weekends, National holidays, Paid holidays

You don't have to speak Japanese fluently or business level, Conversational Japanese would be enough;
Other languages are not required;
Experience is not required;

Degree in Construction / Architecture is mandatory;

Training will be provided;
