We have a simple philosophy when it comes to our ALTs: We'll work hard for you if you work hard with us. We're not the best, but we try our best.

Please read to get to know us a little better.

[About Us]:

Hi, We're NPO GLAD. We were founded by a group of former Japanese teachers with a vision to support the growth of global-minded students in Japan. GLAD stands for Global Learning Advancement Department.

We believe that foreign teachers will be the bridge the gap between Japan and the world and will be the key to modernizing Foreign Language Education.

This is our logic: As a company, by recruiting and introducing global-minded, respectful, positive, and hard working educators to schools, we can influence Japan’s society - Through education.

Over the past 6 years, we have hired more than 600 teachers and placed them all throughout Japan in various English teaching positions. This year, we will have over 200 teachers placed in different areas of Japan.

In addition to our strong and genuine support system here at NPO GLAD, we try to make living in Japan as easy and stress-free as possible.

Happy teachers mean happy children and schools. We want to see you succeed so that we carry out our mission.

If your ideals align with us, please read the details of the position.
