Description
Responsibilities include:
• Translation and interpretation during internal and external meetings (Japanese /English).
• Assisting the CEO with administrative needs: calendar/ meeting management, travel planning, expense reports, as needed.
• Maintaining documents.
• Secretarial and other administrative tasks (Excel, contact lists, etc.).
• Handling special requests, as needed.

• Good organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
• Friendly, professional and proactive.
• Ability to exercise good judgment to identify and handle sensitive issues and assignments with discretion.
