Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant; this is a great opportunity for someone with a love for music, and is interested in breaking into the music business.

・ Work hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
・ Salary Range will be based on experience
・ We will provide social and health insurance assistance
・ We will provide full transportation allowance

Responsibilities will include:

・営業アシスタント業務［顧客先(雑貨店)訪問＆売り場メンテナンス、営業資料作成サポート、
　顧客対応、電話対応］
・制作アシスタント業務［通訳・翻訳サポート、制作サポート］
・新規事業立ち上げアシスタント業務［旅行業、英会話、海外スタジオ事業など］

・Taking care of and visiting our current clients (the novelty goods stores), and maintaining our relationship and presence in the stores.

・Assisting with sales related administration tasks incl; incoming and outgoing phone calls, corresponding with clients, sales documents, etc.

・Music track production support and all business that is incidental to it(translation etc)

・Assist with business development incl: overseas related communication with foreign studios,
English communication, tourism, etc.
