As part of our business growth, Hynd K.K. have openings for Sales Support Staff/Team Researcher. The role is to support a team of consultant’s with their day-to-day sales activities. 50% of the position is sales focused, 50% administrative

Duties include:
- Contacting candidates from our database concerning open positions through email and phone
- Coordinating meetings between candidates and consultants
- Supporting consultants in company research
- Helping update and maintain our database
- Formatting English and Japanese resumes
- Basic translation of email and job descriptions

Requirements:
Language: Fluent Japanese and high level of English
Other: Out-going character and interest to support and interact with people.
Experience: Studying or working overseas or working in an English speaking environment.
