New Opening Japanese medicinal cuisine Izakaya Kanzou (やくぜん酒場 甘草)is looking for variety of staffs from all over the world.
Bilingual manager will lead your experience interesting and fun working in Izakaya at Ebisu only few minutes from the station.

This place will be run by group company of one of the largest group Izakaya group in Shibuya area called NES consists of more than 40 individual Izakaya including Himawari, Yamunashi, Michinakimichi and etc.

This new outlet's concept is to appreciate and enjoy Japanese domestic ingredients including meats, vegetables, sake, wines and herbal medicines with background of Japanese medicinal cooking.

Since we are taking over the property used to be MATSUO JUJIDO Yakkyoku the Chinese medicine pharmacy running more than 100 years from establishment, we will be providing healthy food and their philosophy in our food and beverage creation with great support from owner of Matsuo Jujido Yakkyoku.

For our very first opening, we will be serving 3kinds of Japanese Hot Pot, Obanzai assortment,
and Seasonal Tempura as our specialite, and more Izakaya food for decorating guest's table.

One of our character would be our own farm.
We started growing our own vegetables in Tokaichiba area in Kanagawa.
This is the first season for our harvesting. So we provide opportunity working in restaurant and farm as well. Usually, we plan for farm visit twice a week and we do watering, weeding, and harvesting!! Staffs will be experiencing and paid on both restaurant and farm working field.

【Work time】
Based on the shift and farm schedule(would be posted in each two weeks)
◆Working at least 4-5 hours a day, 2 times a week
◆Shifts submitted every 15 days

【Business Hour】
◆Mon ~ Fri :16:00 ~ 24:00
◆Sat/Sun/Holiday : 14:00~24:00
※We have shifts 2 hours prior to the business hour everyday.
◆Farm work : 9:00~16:00

1,115yen per hour + Transportation max 20,000yen(per month)
Wage can be raised depending on your dedication, skills, and contributions.

◆English: conversational level
◆Japanese: conversational level
★Other language speakers are also welcome but you have to be able to communicate and understand in Japanese or English at least.
◆Status of residence in Japan
◆Proper visa(working permit) in Japan
◆Students are also welcome
