We are looking for the staffs to open a new restaurant.

Our restaurant is located in the ski resort of Niseko. In winter, many wealthy foreign tourists visit for the powder snow.

You may meet one of the following positions.

・Service staff (full-time) (entry level or experienced)
You are going to suggest wine and sake to customers, serve tea and food, and clear empty plates. If you are interested, you can also engage in management support.

・Apprentice sushi chef (full-time) (entry level)
You will be responsible for handling fish, cooking tamagoyaki, and supporting sushi chefs. Through these tasks, you will learn basic skills and eventually make sushi as a full-fledged sushi chef.

・ Japanese cuisine chef (full-time) (experienced only)
You will be in charge of cooking course meals other than the part that the sushi chef is in charge of. For example, chawanmushi, tempura, simmered dishes, and grilled dishes.

・Apprentice Japanese cuisine chef (full-time) (entry level)
You will support Japanese cuisine chefs. You will learn skills through his or her work and eventually work as a full-fledged Japanese chef.

Requirements for applying (must fit at least one of the following criteria).
①Japanese nationality or have permanent residency status.
②Working holiday VISA valid for about a year.
③If you require VISA support, you must at least have a Bachelor's degree & working experience in a restaurant.
④If you require VISA support, you must have restaurant working experience & a willingness to learn Japanese and pass the JLPT(Japanese language proficiency test) exam.
⑤Any other way you can legally work in Japan (must have proof).

私たちのレストランはニセコというスキーリゾート地に位置してます。冬には多くの外国人の富裕層の旅行客が粉雪を目当てに訪れます。

あなたには以下のポジションの内の一つをお任せします。

・寿司料理人見習い（常勤）（エントリーレベル）
魚を捌いたり、卵を焼いたり、寿司料理人のサポートを主にしていただきます。これら業務を通してスキルを学び取り、ゆくゆくは一人前の寿司料理人として寿司を握っていただきます。

・和食の料理人（常勤）（経験者のみ）
寿司料理人が担当する部分以外のコース料理の調理をご担当いただきます。例えば、茶碗蒸し・天ぷら・煮物・焼き物などです。

・和食の料理人見習い（常勤）（エントリーレベル）
和食の料理人のサポートをしていただきます。業務を通してスキルを学び取り、ゆくゆくは一人前の和食の料理人として働いていただきます。

・サービススタッフ（常勤）（未経験または経験者）
お客様にワインや日本酒を勧めたり、お茶や料理を運んだり、空いた皿を下げたりします。もし興味があれば、マネジメントのサポートに携わることも可能です。
