<Job Duties>
--Reception work at the bowling center. (Face-to-face / phone / email)
--Reserving bowling parties and events. -Collaborate with the beverage department.
--Planning and management of events at the bowling alley.
--Inspection and maintenance of various facilities and equipment at the bowling center.
--Business related to Men’s Golf Group
・Acceptance of participation in golf events-Collaboration with Coms via the Web, etc.,
　・Reception for new members,
　・Golf course reservation arrangements and insurance arrangements,
　・Golf event management,

--Other office work,
・Purchasing-related work in the recreation department (Pool, Child Care Center Fitness 　Center, Rec Desk, Spa)
　・Arrangement of quotations to vendors, creation of purchase orders, finance input,
　・Collaboration with the accounting department of purchase,
　・Support for various recreational facility operations and assistance for facility maintenance
　・Cooperation with Facilities,

<Required>
• Experience: 1-2 years or more in service industry.
• English: Business conversation level
• Japanese: Business conversation level
• PC skill： Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

<Working Hours>
　5 days / week (including weekend / national holidays)
　Actual 7.5 hours / per day ① 9:00 - 17:30、② 13：30　-　22：00

• Commuting by bike / bicycle allowed.
