Purpose: To provide quality sales and order support to customers while striving to add customer value by meeting established customer service levels.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide service and support to customers
Process orders, received via phone, fax, and e-mail
Process RMA’s, credits.
Coordinate and respond to customer requests for information involving other internal departments such as accounting, shipping, planning/scheduling and technical support
Organize purchase orders for all Xylem Analytics products, book incoming stock in and also pack outgoing orders to customers.
Invoicing of orders.
Track all incoming order from Xylem Companies
Additional Responsibilities:
1. View and analyze customer account information. Create invoices and credits and make adjustments to invoices if necessary
2. Maintain strong relationships with Xylem Analytics dealers, salespeople, and selling partners. Knowledge of all discounts and pricing from suppliers
3. Filing and other administrative tasks
4. Assume other activities, projects and responsibilities as requested
Experience/Skills/Knowledge Required
1. Customer service experience
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft office/excel and word
3. Japan JPLT 2 minimum
4. English an advantage but not compulsory
5. Some experience with order entry software
