We are hiring Recruiter and Sourcer that will be assigned with our client, multinational IT service providers-search engine, cloud platform and various products we commonly use and which has a great influence and thousands of employees and offices and around the world! 【Key Responsibilities】
1.Recruiter
-Source and recruit talent, assess a high volume of candidate applications on a daily basis, managing the hiring process for each candidate while providing updates to clients and various stakeholders in the process.
-Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their background and expertise while assessing their fit for the client.

2.Sourcer
-Use creative tools and resources to uncover and engage with the best candidate, learn about their aspirations and interests, and help them connect with roles, teams and opportunities.
-Build relationships with strong talent in the marketplace, communicate professionally.
-Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information for effective and innovative sourcing strategy planning.

【Requirements】
-More than 2-3 years of direct sourcing or full cycle recruitment working experience.
-Excellent communication skill enough to build and cultivate candidate and client relationships.
-Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
-Excellent verbal and written skill in English (more than business proficiency)

【Terms of Employment】
Location: The head office is located at Shibuya, Tokyo
Salary:3,000-4,000JPY per an hour (It depends on your experience and skills.)
Starting Date: From the End of August
Contract Duration: 1 month for initial contract and next renewed each 2- 3 months/Maximum term: 2 years
Working Schedule: 9:00-18:00 Mon-Fri
Note: This is a temp position and you will work from home for a while.
