Alongside the the Head of School, the Phoenix House Admin Team's main aim is to maintain efficient and effective systems that support high quality and impactful teaching and learning within school.
Members of the admin team are part of the whole school team and as such are expected to maintain warm, professional standards, supporting and encouraging the school’s ethos and its objectives, policies and procedures.
The team will manage telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, promote the school positively and provide professional, efficient administrative expertise and assistance wherever needed.
The admin roles will involve collaboration with pupils, parents, staff members, as well as the Board of Directors, and responsibilities will vary from time to time as the needs of the school develop. Specific roles may be outlined as hiring develops.
