As part of the newly developed j2 Global APAC team, this role is responsible for driving best practice campaigns for a variety of j2 Global Fax brands in Asia Pacific (APAC). As an integral member of the j2 Global APAC team, you will work cross-functionally in Australia and New Zealand to plan and deliver quality traffic to our web properties as well as high value prospects to our internal sales team. You will own the execution and management of marketing campaigns, social/content strategies, retention and marketing communications. Critically, you will work hand in hand with sales and associated marketing teams, executing coordinated strategies.
This is a new and exciting role in the region, providing the right candidate with the opportunity to stamp their mark on the j2 Global business in APAC. You will have significant experience developing and refining user experience, a solid understand of online sales and work effectively with online marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Responsible for creative delivery of campaigns across both acquisition led and retention to ensure consistency in messaging, creative execution and customer experience
•Implement and report on creative/offer testing across campaign activity related to banners concepts, landing pages, eDM’s, Social and content to drive increase performance metrics
•Drive overall customer on boarding and retention strategy across the portfolio of brands to drive both reinforcement and retention.
•Responsible for marketing communications across APAC brand portfolio ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing channels and messaging
•Setup trigger based email campaigns focused on driving lead nurturing, cross sell and up sell
•Drive eDM campaigns targeting rented databases, co-sponsorships, and external partnerships to reach new prospects
•Drive new performance led initiatives by business casing and getting buy-in internally for execution across content marketing and social media
•Pro-actively plan and consistently implement activities and content to boost Social Media performance
•Develop content marketing strategy focused on driving engagement onsite, lead generation, database growth and sales
•Ensure content and social strategy is deeply integrated into the SEO channel and meets key performance requirements to meet SEO best practice
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•Demonstrated ability to implement a successful content marketing strategy
•Commercial acumen, savvy and smart and passionate about digital
•Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to create digital content
•Demonstrated experience in creation of email campaigns within the email platforms and setting up triggers
•Strong editing skills with sound attention to detail
•Knowledge of SEO and SEM is appreciated
•Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar
•3+ years of experience in online marketing related role
- ¥4.0M ~ ¥5.0M / year (negotiable)
* Salary will be decided based on past work experience and ability
Working hours and location:
• Monday – Friday 9:00 –18:00
• Kaji-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
*Remote work is available, but scheduled to resume work in the office in 2021; core time / 10:00 – 17:00, 8 working hours per day, require work in the office more than 50% or more.
