Description


We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our exciting and fast-growing hotel group. Based in our Tokyo headquarters, you will have the important responsibility of assisting our CEO and Chief Strategy Officer. Most importantly, we will provide you with significant growth opportunities that will push you to be your best.

Your compensation will increase if you can take on expanded roles and initiatives to improve efficiency in CEO's business activities.


Responsibilities:

1.Translate Japanese documents, contracts and information
2.Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
3.Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
4.Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
5.Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
6.Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite



Requirements:

-Fluent English, Native Japanese, Mandarin preferred
-4 years experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
-Superb written and verbal communication skills
-Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
-High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
-Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
-University graduate
-Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
