Description

1. Overview

Provide legal services specialized for foreigners.

We have been specializing in assisting foreign companies to enter Japan, visa applications for foreigners, personnel consulting, for more than 30 years.

Our company provides legal services for first-class Japanese companies and individual customers hiring foreign-owned companies and foreigners,
Along with strong business performance, we are looking for English HR clerk employees.

Those with limited qualifications and experience are also welcome.
We are motivated and would like to work with someone who is willing to learn actively.

In addition, we are creating an environment where employees can be active for a long time with the purpose of mutual satisfaction within the company for management purposes.

2. Job Description
1) Procedures for client companies' social insurance, employment insurance, etc.
2) Customer company payroll
3) Preparation of working rules and internal regulations of client companies
4) Customer correspondence for the above work
5) Daily office support work
6) Communication support between Japanese staff and foreign clients

* At the beginning of joining the company, you will work under the guidance of an expert. It doesn't matter if you don't have the expertise or experience.
* This work is to build up the perfect documents and data by precisely accumulating small steps within the set deadline.
* There are about 50 customers, and about 70% are foreign-affiliated companies. (3 person team will correspond)
* It is necessary to respond in English to the correspondence with the overseas headquarters of the client company and inquiries from foreign employees of the client company.
* In other departments, employees from USA and Kyrgyz are working together.


3. Working conditions
1) Employment status: full-time employee
2) Monthly salary:
¥ 200,000 to ¥ 346,000 (determined by our company's consideration based on experience and ability)
3) Workplace: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
1 minute walk from "Nagatacho" station, 10 minutes walk from "Akasaka Mitsuke" station
4) Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 (break 12:00 to 13:00, or 13:00 to 14:00)
5) Working days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
6) Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
7) Overtime work: Almost never. We are aiming for a work style that produces results and does not work overtime.
8) Paid holidays: As legally required. Last year's acquisition rate was over 98%.
9) Raised salary: Revised every April based on twice-yearly evaluation
10) Awards: It is decided twice a year in consideration of the performance of the company.
Last year's results (first half: 240,000 yen to 630,000 yen, second half: 460,000 yen to 1,167,000 yen)
11) Transportation expenses / monthly up to 30,000 yen
12) Social health insurance, unemployment insurance


4. Qualification requirements
1) Language skills
 English: Business level
 Japanese: Daily conversation to business level
2) Academic background
 Bachelor's degree or above
3) PC skills
 Use Word and Excel (In payroll, we use a simple function)
4) Desirable qualities
 We prefer those who have experience in clerical work and who can work stably and for a long time.
 Those who have a view of morality, can faithfully work
 Cooperative and able to value team play
 Those who can flexibly respond to the situation
