PLANETS Co., Ltd, is the company operating ”teamLab Planets”, which is the extremely popular immersive digital art-museum / amusement-park in Toyosu, Tokyo. We are currently hiring English speaking operation staff.
Over half of our visitors are coming from abroad, so we really need your help! We seek to hire operating teams of 40 - 45 English speaking members before this coming summer.
The concept of ”teamLab Planets” is “Body Immersive”. Visitors enjoy an awe-inspiring tactile experience through immersion into several huge digital art installations composed of water, light, and sound.
You would be working in 8 different areas of our attractions, such as the art displays which are in weekly rotations. Meaning that your work remains continually fresh and exciting, and that you too can enjoy the forefront of digital arts alongside our guests.
・Provide information as a guide for foreign visitors at each digital art attraction
・Basic care for facilities by helping to clean and maintain the equipment, etc.
・Valid Work Visa
<Working days and hours>
・Shift schedule: from at least 3 days / week, 4 hours or more per day depending on your availability in the range below:
・Days: Sunday - Saturday
-Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 8:00pm
-Saturday, days before public holidays, and the busy season: 8:30am - 10:00pm
-Sunday and public holidays: 8:30am - 8:00pm
It's possible to work Saturday and Sunday only, or a full 5 days a week. So please inquire.
・¥1,200〜 / hour
＊After being promoted to a leader, there is a raise in pay. At this time, over 20 staff are already working as leaders too.
＊During initial training period (100 working hours), hourly wage is ¥1,020.
・Transportation costs (up to ¥30,000 / month, or up to ¥2,000 / day)
・Social insurance (Employment Insurance, Compensation Insurance, Employees' Pension, Health Insurance)
・Additional compensation if you work overtime and late-nights
・Employee discount for drinks and food on-site
