GaijinPot Job Fair & Welcome to Japan Forum Job Post
GaijinPot will be holding our 2019 Job Fair & Welcome to Japan Forum in Tokyo next month and we’re looking for your help to make it happen. This is for paid help, not volunteers.
What’s in it for you?
If you’re free on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to help us out at Shinjuku’s CIRQ Event Hall, we’ll pay you ¥7,000 (include transportation fee) for the afternoon, plus you'll get a limited edition GaijinPot T-shirt as well as drinks and snacks for the day.
Don't worry — no Japanese language skills are required.
(*Unfortunately, we can only accept applicants with non-restricted working visas.)
What’s in it for us?
We’re looking for sociable and outgoing event staff to join the GaijinPot team for the day. We need help with visitor reception and general assistance with the preparation, operation, and cleanup of the event.
Attire for the day is casual — but not too laid back! It will consist of your black short sleeve GaijinPot T-shirt, so please wear comfortable long pants or jeans (no shorts, no flip-flops or sandals).
We’re expecting about 500-600 attendees — it will be a busy afternoon (that’s why we need help) — but we'll give you some break time as well.
Please check the GaijinPot home page for more details and if you're interested. You can apply directly via the site and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Sound good?
All the best,
The GaijinPot Team
