MEGA BLUE BIRD operates 74 English language schools and 4 Dance schools.

As an English school, our goal is to grow students who will be able to perform on the global stage. To achieve this goal we take the method of developing their "EQ" or emotional quotient, with an Immersion Program, and Inquiry-based Learning in lessons.

After Japanese elementary schools added dance to the P.E. curriculum from 2013, dance has become a very popular children’s after-school activity. Also, there are many elderly people who want to learn to dance for amusement and fitness.

To meet these interests, MEGA BLUE BIRD is planning to open even more dance schools.
We are now hiring enthusiastic individuals to join us!

Contract period: 1 year, renewable for multiple years

Work Type:
Full time (with part-time options available)

Salary:
￥230000～（one month）
￥12000～（one day）
￥2000～（one lesson）

Training:
Initial training and on-the-job training provided

Responsibilities:
Teaching dance in English or Japanese to the students from 0-year-old to adult.
Preparation for lessons
Checking attendance
Cleaning
Attending regular / irregular meetings and events as required

Basic Requirements:
Teaching level of dance skills
Native level English
Advanced communication skills

Knowledge of dancing and its basic exercises
