Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Tokyo office as a Business Development Manager. With significant scope for career progression, you have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team, manage global partnerships and ultimately run your own international business within the VAT IT structure.

- 日本語が母国語であること
（日本語ネイティブ並みのレベルも考慮可能）
- 英語：基礎

- コミュニケーションが好きで取引先と長く強いビジネス関係を構築できる方

- 体力、気力に自信があり、負けず嫌いで前向きな問題解決力のある方

- MBA取得もしくはそれに相当した資格をお持ちの方
（会計、商業、法律、エンジニアリングの分野で学位をお持ちの方）

- 自発的で情熱があり、向上心が高く起業家精神のある方

- 急成長する組織に合わせてスピード感を持って仕事を出来る方

- 既に事業開発を経験された方を優先。


Qualifications and Experience
• High energy, entrepreneurial, dynamic, self-starter and driven individual.
• MBA graduate or equivalent (e.g. post graduate degree in Accounting, Commerce, Law, or Engineering).
• Excellent academic results.
• Strong technical knowledge in finance, economics and accounting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous business development experience preferred.
• Salary is market related and based on previous experience.
• Attractive incentive structure.
