Every day is surprisingly different, but your responsibilities will include:
・ Prospecting for new client businesses by meeting hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
・ Meeting candidates to evaluate and to understand their skills and job preferences.
・ Making recommendations to clients regarding candidates who have the skills and experiences for the position.
・ Providing customer service for existing clients and candidates to ensure their needs and expectations are being met.
・ Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts, direct recruiting, and referrals.

・ 3-month probation period
・ Monday~Friday; 8 hours a day
・ Flex time available (after 3-month probation)
・ Core hours, 10:00~16:00

・ Base salary + commission (4 times a year)
