【Job Description】

As manager of game production, you will oversee multiple lines of operation.
Including production schedules and development teams for various projects.
Japanese and English skills will be essential to communicate with the diverse members of our company.

Particular duties include:

・ Managing several interweaving schedules for multiple projects
・ Check and improve product quality in multiple lines of production
・ Negotiations and collaborations with domestic and foreign clients
・ Managing and collaborating with game directors / producers of each project
・ Creative input regarding promotion for each project and coordination with our PR team
・ Participation in domestic and foreign game events

【Necessary skills etc.】

・ English: Advanced level (written and spoken mastery)
・ Japanese: Advanced level (written and spoken mastery)
・ Rich experience as a producer in the game industry or similarly creative project management
・ Experience managing teams with a broad mix of people
