The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for creating and curating video game related marketing and promotional content for our local consumers across various digital media. The Digital Content Manager will report to our Creative Services Manager, with a dotted line to the Marketing and Sales Director.

• Oversee content creation and content production for Ubisoft Japan’s sales and marketing organization.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to devise a web content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals of engagement and being locally relevant
• Creation of a content marketing calendar to ensure regular content throughout the year, based on game pulse points as well as locally relevant market and cultural events.
• Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitors in Japan and abroad.
• Creation of entertaining, informative, and meaningful content with an emphasis on video content and/or story driven content.
• Understanding where to leverage existing content for different media including social media and video, and understanding the most effective way to repurpose content.
• Fulfill the different content needs for 360-degree campaigns.
• Support with digital copy.
• Support with agency development and management.

• Must be a professional creative content expert with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
• Minimum 5 years creative experience (in-house or agency side)
• BA degree or higher, with a background in graphic or video design
• Understanding of media fundamentals
• Japanese and English bilingual mandatory
• Entertainment or sports marketing background being a plus.
• HTML knowledge a plus
