The Product Manager will create and execute KPI-based marketing plans for Ubisoft’s video game related products and brands. The Product Manager will report to our Marketing and Sales Director.

• Lead the creation and execution of marketing and promotional plans for Ubisoft’s video game products.
• Act as the main contact for queries and requests for those products from HQ (Paris)
• Coordinate between local Marketing and EMEA Brand Management teams.
• Negotiate local marketing activities, and present campaign post mortems.
• Assist with the localization of promotional movie trailers and assets.
• Create For Japan – By Japan Content (bottom up) by leveraging existing assets
• Ad hoc reporting to EMEA Sales and Marketing teams concerning local marketing activations, preorder and social media performance.
• Assist with market research and the publishing of internal monthly Japan video game and social game market newsletter (in English) for executives.
• Assist with digital marketing activities, such as managing the Japanese portal website via external web agency (in Japanese/English), localizing and implementing of digital marketing campaigns, assisting with publishing content to Ubisoft Japan’s owned channels (YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Assist with trade marketing activities such as obtaining approval for local trade marketing plans, requesting assets, ordering merchandise, ordering POS tools.
• Work with merchandising to ensure the right mix of product, and support with purchasing and import of merchandise goods and components from internal teams and license-out partners.
• Facilitate media and YouTuber attendance during game shows and press events.
• Assist in the organization of local events (consumer events, media events).
• Support sales teams to ensure they are enabled to hit targets

• A creative brand manager with excellent knowledge of digital and event execution
• 5 years brand experience (in-house or agency side)
• BA degree or higher, with a background in marketing (digital marketing a plus)
• Solid understanding of media fundamentals (mostly digital and corresponding metrics) and their creative touchpoints
• Japanese and English bilingual ability is mandatory
• Entertainment or sports marketing background being a plus, followed by FMCG.
• P&L and budget management a plus
