PRアソシエイトは、Ubisoft JapanのPR戦略のサポートを担当します。メディア広報、イベントでの日本のメディアへの対応のサポート、KPIベースの報告書作成、PR活動の事後検討などに従事します。オウンドメディアとアーンドメディアにおける露出拡大を担います。 PRマネージャーにレポートして頂きます


・3年程度年の広報・PRの実務経験 (自社内または代理店側) (尚可)
・エンターテインメント、またはeスポーツ (またはその両方)での業界経験 (尚可)

The PR Associate will be responsible for supporting Ubisoft Japan’s PR strategy, including assisting with media communications, supporting Japanese media outlets at Ubisoft events, creating KPI-based reports and post-mortems for Ubisoft Japan’s PR activities, expanding our reach via owned and earned media. The PR Associate will report to the PR Manager.

• Help create and deliver PR announcements and establish a good working relationship with counterparts at critical video game outlets
• Support the execution of communication plans that help improve our Earned Media Value
• Foster effective communications between local and EMEA communication teams
• Create and report on PR campaigns post mortems, as well as ad hoc reporting to EMEA Sales and Marketing teams concerning local marketing activations, events, earned media activities, etc.
• Ensure close working relationship with other departments and ensure complete integration of activities.
• Facilitate media and YouTuber attendance during game shows and press events and ensure social touchpoints and spread are always considered
• Assist in the planning and organization of yearly local events (e-sports events, Comicon, etc.)

• BA degree or higher, with a background in communications a plus
• Must be a creative thinker with a native understanding of social media
• Good copywriting ability
• Circa 0-3 years PR communications experience (in-house or agency side) a plus
• Must understand the basic fundamentals of owned and earned media
• Japanese and English bilingual mandatory
• Experience with entertainment industry or e-sports industry (or both) a plus
