Description

TOKYO MK is now accepting applications for an Executive Assistant for the company owner.

The Executive Assistant will help organise the schedule of the company president, including overseas business trips and to accompany the president on his activities, while acting as a representative and consultant for English language and culture when needed.
Other duties may include translating company documents, liasing with staff and clients in Japan and overseas as well as other general office duties as deemed necessary by the employers.

Requirements:

Native speaker of English
Have a bachelor's degree
Have at least JLPT N2 or fluent spoken Japanese
Be willing to travel overseas on business trips
(Chinese and Koren language skills will also be viewed positively)
(Experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary will be viewed positively)

Conditions:

Monday to Friday regular work hours, up to 40 hours a week.
(Some weekend work may be necessary)
Salary will be 500,000 yen per month for fully qualified candidates.
Transportation will be paid.
Paid leave and social insurance benefits are applicable.
